Summary:

The spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extractum is developed on the base of absorbing advanced technology abroad to use for drying the materials with low melting point, high sugar content degree like traditional Chinese medicine products and vegetable extract. It also has the features of not sticking to wall, not coking, not easy to absorb moisture and so on. The technological condition of spray dryer is decided according to characteristics of material and it is of high automation, easy to operate and in accordance with requirements of GMP.  

Application

Used for material with low melting point, high sugar content degree such as Chinese traditional medicine product, vegetable extract and so on.

 Work Principle

 The spray dryer is the result of application of high speed centrifugal spray drying technology in specific material. It also uses high speed centrifugal atomizer to make raw material into slight fog drop and then contact fully hot air to finish instant drying and get powder finished product at last. The spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extractum is specially designed to dry Chinese medicine extractum and vegetable extract, it solves successfully these problems of material sticking to wall, coking, low powder collection and low productivity existed in using original LPG  spray dryer to dry Chinese medicine extract.

Features of structure:

1-Tower body is equipped with cold air jacket and automatic vibrator.

2-Tower body and pipeline are equipped with quick-open clean hole and sewage disposal hole.

3-Self-ragulating constant temperature feed tank

4-Standard accessories for high pressure washing tower by hand

5-The parts contacting material is made by stainless steel or whole equipment can be made by

stainless steel.

6-The collect of powder adopts two grade of cyclones or one grade cyclone plus wet dust remover

7-The temperature of inlet air is self-control

8-It is equipped with air sweep device.
